Blackbird was hired by an international airport authority to facilitate an emergency response desktop exercise at the airport. The scenario involved a Jet Fuel truck accident and spill. The airport’s Emergency Response Services Department, Airport Security Operations and the Environmental Department attended the training. Four 2-hour sessions were conducted, which resulted in changes to some procedures.
