Electric Generation Facility – EHS Compliance Audit

Blackbird assisted in an internal corporate EHS compliance audit for a large power company of one of their electric generation facilities located on Vancouver Island. The facility produces approximately 275 MW of electricity and has been in commercial operation since April 2002.Blackbird completed the health and safety portion of the audit which included the following 10 topics:

4. Hazard Assessment and Identification
5. Inspection, Monitoring, and Surveillance
6. Personal Protective Equipment
7. Joint Occupational H&S Committee
8. Physical Agent Control
9. Physical Hazard Control
10. Training and Certification
